About

Michael is a CA licensed Architect. Efficient construction has been important in Michael's work for decades.  He obtained LEED certification almost 20 yrs ago and recently has become a Certified Passive House Designer.  He has over 30 yrs of professional experience in both commercial and luxury residential Architectural design.

• Founder of TML, Inc a design and development company where Michael is the Architect and Developer for luxury single family homes.
• Michael Gale Architect.  Michael is also a practicing Architect for hire as a talented modern designer known for building daring yet livable modern homes on a reasonable budget.
• AEDAS International. Design Director working in the Shanghai office.
• Perkins + Will. Studio Design Leader working in the Shanghai office.
• SOM. Technical Design Studio Lead in Shanghai office, as well as Associate Architect in San Francisco office. 
• NBBJ. Project Designer in both Seattle and San Francisco offices.
• Gehry Partners, LLP.  Worked on several projects including the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain
• Harvard University.  MArch degree from the GSD in 1999.
• University of Michigan.  Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1992.
